Pet Policy
Owners must keep pets on a leash at all times and are required to pick up after their pets.
Reminders
Garage Sales
If you are having a Garage Sale, the CC&Rs allow for a sign in your yard. There can be no signs in the common areas. Extra signage must be outside Heritage Village.
Street Sweeping
HVMCA has their own street sweeper and the grounds crew sets the schedule for the street sweeping. Please contact the HVMCA Office Manager directly if you have any landscaping questions or concerns.
Trash & Recycle Cans
Please keep the trash/recycle cans out of sight from the street. That is where they belong, not at the side of your dwelling
Sprinklers
Please make sure your sprinklers are set properly so there is not a lot of overspray.
