HERITAGE VILLAGE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION Board of Directors Meeting Date: December 4, 2019
Place: Heritage Village Clubhouse Time: 7:00 P.M.
Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Markano.
Present: Burhardt, Markano, Zellner, Chicky, the HVMCA manager was also present.
Approval of Agenda
Motion to approve agenda: Zellner; Chicky with changes 2nd; Unanimous.
Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
Motion to approve minutes for 11/20/2019 open session with correction: Chicky; Burkhardt 2nd; Unanimous.
Public Comment for Items NOT on Agenda
The board reviewed Accounts Receivable/Aging Summary report dated 10/312019.
The Board discussed #L07 that was foreclosed on and Freddie Mack has the property as November 8, 2019.
ACTION: Manager to contact Freddie Mack about paying HOA fees on #L07.
The board review October bank statements dated October 31, 2019
The board discussed October P & L
ACTION: Manager to work with bookkeeper on GL code 4001, a difference of $120.00.
ACTION: Manager to work with bookkeeper and the overage on GL code 6001.
Reserve Study Deferred.
Manager to keep Reserve Study on Agenda.
Modification of employee handbook.
Manager to put on Agenda for January.
Manager discussed Ramon building a roof over the water tank, board would like see what it will entail and estimates.
Manager informed board that the bleachers in tennis courts are leaning, board suggested to remove the bleachers.
Manager approached the board if Christmas bonuses can be given out on Dec 13th Chicky 2nd; Unanimous.
Burkhardt motioned Chicky 2nd; Unanimous that Christmas bonuses be given out on December 13, to all employees
Manager informed board that the meeting with the crew went well and the issues seem to be getting better.
Board member asked if the letter went out to the resident with the dead cypress trees, manager stated the letter went out certified and he has until December 19th to remove the trees.
Board also discussed the resident who parks on the street in the Montefino’s. Certified letter went to the resident along with a copy the CC&R’s and Rules and Regulations. The letter also stated that emergency vehicles could not gain access if blocked. Board discussed to have the vehicles towed at owner’s expense.
Motion to adjourn; Chicky; Zellner 2nd; Unanimous.
Meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM.
