4/11/2018 - HVMCA Web Page. Damon Green, a resident, has volunteered to help with the HVMCA web page. He will be working with our web page manager, Lucette Poulin, to learn about our Do it Yourself web hosting package and web site builder. Crisha Johnson, the HVMCA manager will continue to work with the web page manager, Lucette Poulin and the new web page volunteer, Damon Green. Questions and concerns about the web page should be addresssed to the HVMCA Manager.
05/04/2017 - New Executive Order. A new Executive Order has been issued removing most of the water use restrictions in California. HVMCA will resume lot maintenance enforcement, including properties that ceased watering turf during the drought. Governing documents require all lots be maintained to a standard that upholds the aesthetics and property values of HVMCA. If you have turf that has died and is not reviving from the application of regular watering, keep in mind you must submit a change request form if you are making a change from turf. You do not need to submit an application to re-seed existing turf areas.
PLEASE BE DILIGENT & REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY! In the past, HVMCA residents have experienced thefts from unlocked vehicles and unsecured backyards and garages. Please be sure to lock all vehicles, gates and keep garage doors closed. If you see anything suspicious, please first call Ridgecrest Police 760-499-5100 then report the information to management 760-446-6237.
Before an association can electronically distribute documents, notices and disclosures, it must receive the recipient's written consent.
Please download and return the signed consent form to the HVMCA manager and help us keep cost down.
GARAGE SALES: If you are having a Garage Sale, the CC&Rs allow for a sign in your yard. There can be no signs in the common areas. Extra signage must be outside Heritage Village.
STREET SWEEPING: HVMCA has their own street sweeper and the grounds crew sets the schedule for the street sweeping. Please contact the HVMCA Mgr directly (by phone, email, or at the Clubhouse Office) if you have any landscaping questions or concerns.
SPRINKLERS: Please make sure your sprinklers are set properly so there is not a lot of overspray.
TRASH & RECYCLE CANS: Please keep the trash/recycle cans out of sight from the street. That is where they belong, not at the side of your dwelling.
